Creating an account
First things first - all users on CB Cam Insights need to create an account to start out.
To create a CB Cam Insights account (free with some features, paid for the Pro subscription with the full feature set) go to the signup page and enter your email address and choose a password. You will have to verify your access to the email by entering a verification code that was sent to you after creating the account.
Once your account is created, the most important first step is to configure your Chaturbate room name in your user settings - all statistics gathered flow from that and it is essential.

After you sign up and configure your Chaturbate room name it may take up to 24 hours to backfill trends data with daily ranking, viewership and follower changes. After that you will see these charts in the long-term trends section.
Your extended - up to 4 months - stats and charts are just a day away once you confirm your Chaturbate name on your dashboard! Within the next 24 hours after that, trends data will start populating and will be available to you. :::
Picking the right plan for you
To get you started, CB Cam Insights has a free offering with the same great stats and graphs you may have experienced on CB Explorer, just with an extended period of time for you to track long term trends. In addition there are three paid options available:
- Basic Free: Long-term trends + achievements - and it's free!
- Pro (monthly or annually): Full features, no hassle
- Studio: handle multiple models + additional studio features
To get the full value from CB Cam Insights, you can pick the Pro plan.
The Pro plan requires third party access to be enabled. To protect your privacy and if you don't want to give network sites access to your Chaturbate profile, you may choose to use the CB Cam Insights Chrome extension to upload your data instead. Reach out to support to have this configured to you on our end for your plan. As a bonus it also allows recording tips during private cam shows. The default Pro plan on the other hands is a "no hassle" plan with zero configuration required on your end (other than "Appear on Network sites" must be enabled), and works from anywhere.
The Pro plan also includes the CB Cam Insights Twitter integration to automatically show that you're live during your broadcasts.
In addition to the Pro plan, CB Cam Insights also offers a Studio plan, that conveniently allows configuring multiple models and has additional features to get an overview of the performance of all the configured performers. Dedicated setup support is included for the Studio plan.

Using the free trial
CB Cam Insights offers a free 7-day trial period for new users giving you a chance to experience the full feature set for a while, so that you can decide whether it's for you without paying anything - you won't be charged until the trial ends and can cancel at anytime for free before that.

You can claim a free trial only once per email address - if you have used the free trial before already, you will be immediately charged the second time you sign up for a subscription.
